It's a sad day when the Supreme Court rules that only the federal government can enforce federal laws that the Executive Branch of the federal government refuses to enforce. Sorry Congress, you are outvoted 2-1. And states really have no power to sue the federal government to enforce federal laws. States' rights? No such thing anymore. This, combined with the Commerce Clause, effectively negates the 10th amendment.
Next order of business: making Cinco de Mayo an national holiday.
