Well, suppose this had been a picture of a middle-aged or even 30-year old male teacher and the student had been female....The teacher would not have remained a teacher very long.
I have been told by a few male teachers that they would never... ever... under any circumstances... touch a student... male or female... even to provide comfort or for any other reason... because they know they would be fired.So what gives the Governor the right to do so?
