Here are the individual representative's votes for the bailout.
From what I can see, Rep. Pelosi was able to take the first failed bill, buck it to the Senate for more pork that she wanted, and then get the beleaguered representatives to pass the bloated version.
Rep. Pelosi should be congratulated for her win-win strategy. If the bill failed the second time, she could blame the Republicans who voted against it. If the bill passed the second time she could blame the Republicans who pushed it.
