My wife started a new low-carb approach to eating about a month ago and has lost about 12 lbs. She has also lowered her blood pressure a bit. That's quite an achievement for the holiday period. So much for the upside.
Tonight she prepared us two lean pork chops and some vegetables. Because she cooks, I clean... a kind of understood arrangement. After our simple meal, I walked over to the sink to find these dirty items... excluding the dishes, glasses, and utensils that we used for eating:
- one large frying pan
- one medium frying pan
- one medium pot
- one small pot
- one baking pan
- one medium bowl
- one cutting board
- one large strainer
- two spatulas
I'm thinking she is working on her own TV cooking show.
