Well, of course she has to resign from an all-women's club. How else can she claim that men unconsciously discriminate against women if she is part of an organization that consciously discriminates against men?

Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor resigned from an elite all-women's club on Friday. Federal judges are bound by a code that says they shouldn't join any organization that discriminates by race, sex, religion or nationality.
"Well, I found in my experiences that it's not that men are consciously discriminating against promoting women. But, I do believe that as people, we have self-images of what's good. And if you're a male that grew up professionally in a male-dominated profession, then your image of what a good lawyer is a male image."You see, men are too unaware to actually know that they are discriminating against women. I have to presume that is white men because they also lack a rich cultural experience and empathy.
