We're on a quick trip to California to see our grandson... oh, and our son and daughter-in law, too. They say the scenery is extraordinary... and when the fog lifts, it certainly is.
The odd thing about the coast, other than the apparently perpetual fog, is how cool it is versus the inland just a few miles away. I suggested to my wife that she bring heavier clothes, but she insisted that the weather forecast was for quite warm temperatures. Yes, but just not here. You have to walk up the hill to get to those.But we're having a great time with our grandson while his parents are working. And I'm getting a pretty good workout hauling him up and down those hills in a carrier.
