Welcome back!After a 14 month absence from posting to this blog, I've decided to pick up the proverbial pen again... with some prodding from Jason Gillman who is a businessman, a county commissioner, and writes two political blogs out of Traverse City. I am not foolish enough to think that my ramblings are going to change the course of history, but I will be satisfied if some people think more deeply and from other perspectives as a result of these posts.
There may not be new items every day, but the disruptions that affected my ability or willingness to express opinions here are largely behind me. This site will require some updating and that will happen gradually.
So... for now, HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you and let's get started. Tomorrow? What else... politics.
