GOP Dogfights Yield No Clear Winner

With the round of victories in three states on February 7, Rick Santorum has turned the GOP race into a real dogfight.

I have to say that I have a problem with states that use the caucus approach rather than inviting voters into the equation.  That's the way Obama stole the nomination from Hillary Clinton last year.  They may or may not reflect the real intentions of the voters... and it is the voters who count in November.

But... just as there is no ideal candidate, there is no ideal nomination process.  So, we can sit back and watch the dogs fight it out.

The downside is that the eventual GOP winner might turn out to be a real "dog" in the November election.
