Obama's Libyan Debacle: Failure To Communicate; Failure To Act

SEARCH BLOG: OBAMA.

You've heard so much about Benghazi and the American Consulate and the dead American Ambassador and the video that enraged phantom Muslims.  What you haven't heard is the story behind the story.

A couple days ago, I posted about American lack of military leadership at the highest levels and how Field Grade officers [majors through colonels] were getting extraordinarily upset with seeing their soldiers become sitting ducks because the top brass didn't want to face facts about the nature of the enemy they sent their soldiers to face.  That post, about an officer who taught other officers, showed how twisted the military leaders have become in their understanding about strategy and the use of force... to the point where it is now "un-American" to discuss the use of America's mainstay strategic weapons... even among military officers.

Now a former colonel in Special Forces speaks out about what happened... or more correctly what did not happen in response to the attacks in Libya.  It's a story of cowards who are afraid to make a hard decision that might make them appear to be "Islamophobic" or "offensive to Muslims."  They appear to be more comfortable doing nothing and letting Americans die.

If you can read this and still have any doubt about the weasels in charge in Washington, well I'm sorry for you.
