The Democratic Party has failed to develop a budget for the past four years. By simply ignoring good fiscal management, the Democratic Party has plunged the U.S. deeply into debt and now wants to shift the blame for this mismanagement onto the Republican Party because the Republican-controlled House of Representatives does not want to allow the mismanagement to continue... masked by higher taxes.
President Obama has tried to maintain his distance from the debate over how to resolve his party's fiscal mismanagement, but now is attempting to create the impression that he is taking a "leadership" position in his attempt to create the impression that the Republicans will not compromise so that there can be a "bi-partisan" solution. The reality is that President Obama wants to legislate increase taxes but only offer a vague promise to bring spending under control... not actually reduce spending.
What is the result of that approach? Just look at France.

Yes, follow the tax money... right out of the country. The wealthy have options. When push comes to shove, they will walk away with their money and tax revenues will fall.
