If you are a small business, you probably are in violation of at least one and perhaps several federal regulations without having the slightest idea that you are. That won't affect you unless some situation comes up where you are involved in a legal issue. Then watch out. This looks to be an opportunity for a "LegalZoom" type of website that quickly identifies both federal, state, and local regulations affecting specific businesses. Of course, the database for that website would probably be unmanageable.
