Just as the Obama administration has ignored the will of Congress regarding immigration laws ["Dream Act"] and rejection of cap and trade to kill coal, we can look forward to the Obama administration circumventing the Supreme Court if the decision comes down to kill the "Affordable Health Care" legislation or its individual mandate.
How? Simple. The Obama administration will do it through a combination of ignoring decisions it deems unworthy and implementing policies, procedures, and regulations that have the same effect as implementing the rejected law.
