Sen. Bunning Likes The "Paygo" Idea

As I was listening to the news this morning, there was Sen. Jim Bunning of Kentucky talking about the federal government coming up with the source of revenue to fund each program.

Apparently, some Democrats in Congress read this last year and passed the Pay As You Go bill:
