John Taylor and Russ Roberts of the Hoover Institute have a great video [below] that explains why this is a recovery that does not feel like a recovery. These are two key clips from that video:
The percentage of the population that is working has remained negative... no recovery in employment despite bailouts and "quantitative easings."
The growth in the Gross Domestic Product has been anemic... averaging less than 3% from a trough.
